Only an Emergency L300 Ambulance showed up; no police arrived in the location to arrest the person who hit Papa.

On February 28, 2025, my father’s life was tragically taken when he was hit by a motorcycle driven by a policeman. Instead of showing remorse or taking responsibility, there was no sympathy, no accountability—just SILENCE! WALANG NAGREPORT KASI PULIS? WALANG UMAKSYON KASI PULIS?!

Feb. 26, 2025, around 6:20 AM, as his usual routine, papa was on his way to get Paninda for mama using his bike near Exodus Elementary School. (A school zone—where vehicles should be driving carefully and slowly!) But then, the “accident” happened. He was hit by a POLICEMAN on a motorcycle. BIG MOTORCYLE BIKE.

Nalaman lang namin na nabangga siya dahil nag message si mama sa group chat.

Papa was still conscious when the Taytay ambulance arrived! They rushed him to Taytay Emergency Hospital, but all they did was an X-ray. X-RAY LANG?! Knowing that he had a serious head injury? Then they decided to transfer him to East Avenue in Quezon City. Taytay to QC? Seriously?!Knowing how bad his head injury was?

When I asked the rescue team leader, few days after the incident happened, she said they had to bring him to East Avenue because it was “complete” and had all the necessary facilities. Pero bakit sa napakalayo? And when we got there, East Avenue wasn’t even complete! Kami pa ang naghanap ng tube for the ventilator na kailangan ni papa! ASAN DOON YUNG “KUMPLETO” KUNO! Plus, the nurses and doctors were so RUDE!!! Lahat sila!

By the time papa arrived at East Avenue, he was already unconscious and in critical condition—50/50 na siya . But we still held on to hope that he would wake up.

No police showed up at the hospital at that time. No investigator or any legal representative came to check the incident or take our statement.

For two days, we waited and prayed for Papa’s recovery. Then Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, morning, I had a conversation with POLICE OFFICER CHRISTOPHER BOADO at the phone. He said he would come and talk to us about papa’s condition. I expected him to show up because he said so on the phone. Pero wala! Instead, he went straight to the police station and called my mother there, knowing Mama still have no proper rest yet. They persuade Mama to sign an agreement. agad-agad?! Alam nilang gulong-gulo utak ng nanay ko at wala kami doon to support her. He was also talking about 100k lang daw ang kayang niyang ibigay then after nun wala na? knowing na my father needs a brain surgery plus the maintenance and other medication. At that time, my father was still unconscious, so we were still hoping he would wake up and undergo surgery. That’s why we wanted to clarify the agreement.

Then, that afternoon, at exactly 4:23 PM, Papa was declared dead. My sister and I, together with my tita, were there when the doctor and nurses were trying to revive my father. We were there crying, begging, and praying for a miracle—but no, Papa did not make it.

I messaged the police officer again, asking him to come to the hospital so we could talk. He arrived with his brother and another police officer, Lester Oligario Sgt.Oligs. But instead of apologizing, instead of showing even a bit of remorse, ang lalakas pa ng loob nila! as if nothing happened.

Buti na lang at andun ang tita ko (mama’s sister). Siya mismo ang nagsabi sa pulis na directly makipag-coordinate sa akin dahil hindi okay ang mental state ni Mama. They agreed on this.

Kinabukasan, March 1, Boado messaged me on messenger asking kelan daw kami magkikita sa police station. Sinabi ko sa kaniya na i-update ko na nga lang siya sa schedule and at that time inaasikaso ko rin yung pagkuha ng body ni papa sa morge and wake. Sabay sabay!

Also, on March 1, my sister and her boyfriend went to the Taytay Command Center to check the CCTV footage around the area of the incident, pero wala. All they got were near the accident lang pero no recording what really happened. When asking for other cctv near the area, All CCTVs are defective! GRABE!? Halos display lang yung mga CCTV on that area! Napakabulok!

March 2, tsaka lang nakapunta ang kapatid ko, boyfriend niya, at ang nanay ko sa Taytay Police Station to file a documented Police Report since wala naman anyone na gumawa ng report after the accident. WHICH IS DAPAT MERON! No one tried to report baka kasi POLICE SI SIIIR!? Even the traffic enforcer na andoon sa area, the taytay rescue, walang any report! Yung Pulis! Pulis ka you should know the process pero tanga tangahan ka?!

The investigator assigned was Joselito Gile. Siya rin ang investigator na kausap ng nanay ko at ni Boado nung nagkaroon ng unang agreement. When they were there at the police station (mama, sister and her boyfriend), lowkey dini-discourage pa sila to file a complaint, kesyo mahabang process pa raw. Seriously? tama bang behavior yun lalo na if your father died, and we are looking for JUSTICE! nakakagalit! Ano sila display nalang, ayaw magtrabaho? sayang ang taxes on them!

So after they went there, nabigyan naman sila ng Police report (sa wakas).

From March 2-3, I am sending our funeral contract and bills to MR. POLICE OFFICER BOADO, But no response. He’s clearly only gonna pay us unless makipagkita kami sa police station! Halatang gusto lang magbayad at ma-secure na hindi siya kakasuhan before siya magbayad ng bills. ANG GALING! tapos he’s insisting na he’s a good person? LOL! If he’s a good person he knows what’s the right thing to do hindi yung habang naiyak kami and busy sa pag-aayos ng mga need for papa’s wake puro siya POLICE Station! For what? Instead na pumunta sya and to show that he’s really sorry for what happened mas marami pa siyang time magvideo video at magcomment sa mga vlogs na walang kwenta ni Lester Oligario (the other police kasama niya sa hospital the day mawala ni papa) they really seem happy and nothing happened talaga. Mga Unbothered! Wow, slay kayo jan mga ser! on their video they are showing all the GOOD thing they do at work, ngek! sana aware yung mga viewers nila na nakapatay si MR. BOADO! sobrang hypocrite ng mga POST!

I HOPE HINDI MANGYARI YAN SA FAMILY NIYO MGA SIR! Pulis pa man din kayo! Hindi ko nilalahat, I know there are still good and nice Policemen. Meron lang din talagang mga katulad nito, masasama!

I’m also writing this post to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who helped us throughout this difficult time. My sister, my mother, and I wouldn’t have known what to do without your support.
