Nasawi ang isang lalaki na nakilalang si Romnick Bugar matapos sumabog ang pinapahanginang gulong sa loob ng vulcanizing shop.
Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng pulis, pinapahangin ng biktima ang gulong ng sasakyan gamit ang compressor. Iniwan niya ito para gawin ang ibang trabaho.
Pero hindi namalayan ng biktima na nasobrahan na ng hangin ang gulong at pagbalik niya ay sumabog na ito.
Sa lakas ng pagsabog ng gulong, halos masunog ang mukha ng biktima. Nangyari ito sa Tuao, Cagayan.
