Magtatapos na sana sa kursong Civil Engineering ang 23-anyos na si Lucy Ann Ugalino, pero hindi na ito matutuloy. Patay si Lucy Ann matapos malunod sa dagat habang naliligo.
Namatay rin sa pagkalunod ang kasamang si Ryan, 21-anyos at 2’d year college student.
Nagtungo sa dagat ang mga biktima para maligo. Pero bigla umano silang tinangay ng mataas na alon.
Hinila palayo sa pampang ang dalawang biktima kaya tuluyan silang nalunod. Tatlong bangka ang ginamit ng mga rescuers para mahanap ang katawan ng mga biktima.

Lucy Ann is dead after drowning in the sea while taking a bath.Ryan, a 21-year-old and 2’d year college student, also died in drowning.The victims went to the sea to bathe. But suddenly the high tide lifted them.The two victims were pulled off the shore so they completely drowned. Rescuers used three boats to locate the bodies of the victims.
