TAGUM CITY – A skull found in a boarding house in Barangay Apokon, Tagum City has been confirmed d#ad body of a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since March 4, 2020.

The victim Quinnie Grace Arong, who has been long-searching for her family and close friends,

has been identified. According to the chief of Tagum City Police Station Police Lieutenant Colonel Wildemar Tiu, on July 14, 2024 the victim’s bones were first found, but this year the alleged suspect was punished.

Based on the initial investigation, the suspect is pretending to be a photographer, targeting the women he promised to act as models. It is also reported that the suspect molested his victims.
