Ayon sa ulat ng Malolos Fire Station, sumiklab ang apoy bandang alas-4:00 ng madaling araw at tuluyang naapula pagsapit ng alas-4:18 ng umaga. Apektado sa insidente ang limang miyembro ng pamilya.
Kinilala ang mga nasawi na sina Maricel Santos Caluag, 49, isang guro sa Molina Montessori at Bulihan Elementary School; ang kanyang asawang si Phillip Caluag, 49; at ang kanilang mga anak na sina Felice, 18, at Julien Lucius, 10.
