A CROOK THAT WAS THROWN IN A VACANT LOT, WAS BIT BY A DOG
The body of a newborn baby boy was found after a dog allegedly stabbed him from a vacant lot in Barangay Masagana, Brgy. San Isidro, General Santos City this Tuesday morning, January 28.
According to the authority investigation, the baby is believed to have been thrown into an empty lot after it was wrapped in fabric and placed in an eco-bag. But a dog stabbed it, which later stripped its body.
The mother’s baby was allegedly aborted because based on the baby’s appearance, it was allegedly not yet nine months and a drug that was possibly used in the alleged abortion was found, according to police.
“There, found these unprescribed pills that we were trying to confirm what it was for. If it was after abortion or was it used to abort the child, and those who can testify to that, are our attending physicians,” according to PMaj. Ivan Charles Abastillas, Commander, PS1-GenSan Police Office.
Right now, the baby’s remains are in a funeral home, and is constantly searching for his mother.
“We also coordinate with clinics and hospitals in case a woman is confined who possibly has indicators of a new arrival, because she may bleed.” After abortion, she still needs to be shaved to be clean,” Abastillas added.
