Pinaghahanap na ng pulisya ang nasa likod ng pamumugot ng ulo sa apat na tuta sa Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte.
Natagpuan ang katawan ng mga tuta, na katabi ang mga pinugot na ulo, kahapon ng umaga sa Brgy. San Miguel.
Nag-alok naman ng P15,000 na pabuya ang ilang concerned citizens sa sinumang makapagtuturo sa responsable sa krimen.
Napag-alaman na itinapon ng may-ari ang mga tuta dahil marami umanong kuto ang mga ito. Itinanggi naman niyang pinugutan niya ng ulo ang mga alaga.
Kinondena ng Bantay Hayop Davao ang insidente at sinabing mananagot ang salarin.
“The viral photos of four puppies around 2 to 3 months old was a shocking sight, painful, unacceptable and unforgiveable. Karumal-dumal. Isang kawalang respeto at kawalang dangal,” ayon sa grupo.
“Masahol pa sa isang halimaw ang gumawa nito at sa tingin namin ay hindi ito normal. A person capable of doing such a psychopathic act and display it for others to see is a work of a criminal that cannot be simply allowed on the loose,” dagdag nito.
