DALWANG MAGKAPATID NA MENOR-DE-EDAD, GINAHASA AT PINATAY NG KANILANG STEP FATHER SA DAVAO DEL SUR;
ANG SUSPEK NAGTANGKANG TUMAKAS, ARESTADO!!!
Patay ang dalawang menor-de-edad matapos umano itong ginahasa at pinatay ng kanilang stepfather sa Purok Mangga, Landing, Brgy. Darong, Sta Cruz, Davao del Sur.
Nakilala ang mga biktima na magkapatid na sina Alyas Maries, 15-anyos at Alyas Inday, 11-anyos, parehong mga estudyante at residente sa Purok Mangga, Landing, Brgy. Inawayan, Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur.
Ang magkapatid natagpuang wala nang buhay sa loob ng kanilang bahay sa nasabing lugar at si Alyas Marie wala nang suot na pang-ibaba.
Ayon sa saksi na si Alyas Ronel, 16 anyos, kapitbahay ng mga biktima, nitong ala una ng madaling araw sa Nobyembre 11, narinig niyang sumigaw ang mga biktima na humihingi ng tulong ngunit hindi na lang niya ito pinansin.
Pagdating ng alas-5:00 ng umaga ay nagtungo si Ronel sa bahay ng biktima para tingnan ito ngunit pagpasok niya sa silid ay nakita niyang wala nang buhay ang mga biktima.
Dagdag pa, na isang Overseas Filipino worker o OFW ang ina ng mga biktima.
Nabatid din na tumira ang mga biktima sa kanilang stepfather na kinilalang si Jessie Bon Palomo, residente ng Cotabato City na biglang nawala sa naturang tirahan.
Dahil sa karumal-dumal na krimen, nakipag-ugnayan kaagad ang Sta. Cruz MPS sa Police Regional Office 12 para maharang ang suspek.
Matapos ang isinagawang hot pursuit operation ng Sta. Cruz MPS sa pangunguna ni PLt. Col. Kristopher Sabsal, Matagumpay na naaresto ang suspek na si Jessie Bon Palomo sa Banisil, North Cotabato habang tumatakas mula sa Davao del Sur.
Narekober mula sa suspek ang isang (1) unit ng improvised 12-gauge shotgun at isang (1) sachet ng pinaniniwalaang shabu.
Sa Ngayon Hawak na ngayon ng mga otoridad ang suspek at nakahanda na ang kasong isasampa laban sa kanya.

TWO MINOR SISTERS, RAPED AND KILLED BY THEIR STEP FATHER IN DAVAO DEL SUR;SUSPECT TRIED TO ESCAPE, ARRESTED!!!Two minors are dead after their stepfather allegedly raped and killed them in Barangay Mangga, Landing, Brgy. Darong, Sta Cruz, Davao del Sur.Met the victims who are siblings Alyas Maries, 15-years-old and Alyas Inday, 11-years-old, both students and residents of Barangay Mangga, Landing, Brgy. Inawayan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.The siblings were found lifeless inside their home in the said area and Alyas Marie was no longer wearing any underwear.According to the witness Alyas Ronel, 16, neighbor of the victims, at 1 a.m. on November 11, he heard the victims screaming for help but he just ignored it.At 5:00 am Ronel went to the victim’s house to check on it but when he entered the room he found the victims were no longer alive.Plus, the mother of the victims is an Overseas Filipino worker or OFW.It was also reported that the victims lived with their stepfather, identified as Jessie Bon Palomo, a resident of Cotabato City who suddenly disappeared from that residence.Because of the heinous crime, Sta. Cruz MPS immediately contacted Police Regional Office 12 to arrest the suspect.After the hot pursuit operation conducted by Sta. Cruz MPS led by PLt. Col. Kristopher Sabsal, the suspect Jessie Bon Palomo was successfully arrested in Banisil, North Cotabato while fleeing from Davao del Sur.One (1) unit of improvised 12-gauge shotgun and one (1) sachet of believed shabu were recovered from the suspect.Authorities are now in custody with the suspect and charges are ready to be filed against him.
