Natagpuan ng mga awtoridad ang b*ngkay ng isang dalagita na nakasilid sa maleta at palutang lutang sa Sapang Alat River sa San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Huwebes ng hapon.
Ayon kay Police Chief Master Sergeant Adrian Nolasco, Commander ng SJDM PCP 2 , ang biktima ay residente ng Tala, Caloocan.
Una silang nakatanggap ng tawag mula sa isang concerned citizen na may b*ngkay umano sa nasabing ilog.

“Upon arrival, nakita namin ‘yung slightly opened na maleta, at visible ‘yung b*ngkay sa loob. So tinawag ko agad sa investigator and requested the assistance of SOCO para marecover natin ‘yung cadaver,” sabi ni PCMS Nolasco.
“Nakalutang po siya sa ilog na nakakasakop ng boundary ng Caloocan at San Jose Del Monte. Noong inopen ‘yung luggage, nakafetal position po siya. Intact naman po ang damit niya, ‘yun nga lang po bloated na siya sa pagkakababad sa tubig,” dagdag niya.
Lumabas sa imbestigasyon ng PNP na February 7 pa huling nakita ng mga kaanak ang biktima. Nagpaalam umano ang biktima na pupunta sa kanyang kaibigan na humingi ng tulong sa kanya.

“According sa family, nagreport sila sa pulis ng February 10, pero since February 7 pa bandang gabi hindi na daw umuwi ‘yung victim. Then kinabukasan ay pumunta sila sa mga last known location ng victim, then nung wala talaga, February 10 nasa police station na sila para magreport na missing siya,” sabi ni Police Staff Sergeant Patrick Llanza, investigator-on-case, SJDM PNP.
“Lumabas po siya ng bahay sabi ng Nanay ko, ‘Saan ka pupunta?’ Sabi niya ‘Pupunta lang ako sa kabigan ko kasi binubugbog siya ng asawa niya.’ Tapos mga 10 p.m., hindi na po siya nagparamdam,” sabi ng ate ng biktima.
Mensahe ng kaanak sa nasa likod ng krimen: “Sana makonsensya siya. Sobrang grabe nakita ko ‘yung itsura ng kapatid ko may butas ‘yung leeg.
“Hindi ko na siya halos makilala. Sana makonsensya siya at sana lumitaw lahat ng katotohanan,” sabi ng ate ng biktima.
Ayon sa SJDM PNP, may dalawang persons of interest na sila sa krimen na patuloy nilang tinutugis.
“So far may sinusundan na po kaming mga persons of interest, and we are still gathering the facts para sa ikatitibay ng kaso. We will find justice,” sabi ni PCMS Nolasco.
