Hindi matanggap ng pamilya Cariño mula Barangay Buenlag, Mangaldan, Pangasinan ang sinapit ng kaanak na si Elmer Carino, 27-anyos.
Nasawi si Cariño matapos ma-hit and run ng isang SUV habang sakay ng kanyang motorsiklo sa Perez Boulevard, Dagupan City. Nangyari ang insidente habang pauwi ang biktima galing sa trabaho bilang product specialist.
Kwento ng saksi sa pamilya, bumaba pa ang driver ng SUV matapos makasalpukan ang biktima. Tinignan lang nito ang nagasgas na sasakyan at tinignan niya ang nakahandusay na biktima pero muli siyang sumakay at mabilis na pinaharurot patakas.
May nakuhang CCTV footage ang pulisya pero hindi pa ito isinasapubliko habang gumugulong ang imbestigasyon.
Breadwinner ng pamilya si Elmer. Nag-iipon na rin siya ng pera dahil balak niya sanang magpatayo ng bahay ngayong taon. Nanawagan sila ng hustisya at hiling mapanagot ang tumakas na driver ng SUV

The incident happened while the victim was returning home from work as a product specialist.The story of a witness to the family, the driver of the SUV even got off after the victim was hit. He just looked at the wrecked car and looked at the victim but he got back on and ran away quickly.Police have obtained CCTV footage but it has not been released to the public as the investigation continues.The breadwinner of the family is Elmer.
