Hindi umaalis sa tabi ng kabaong pinaglalamayang anak ang inang si Carina sa Barangay Puelay, Villasis, Pangasinan.
Ang kanyang bunsong anak na si Charles Edward Serquiña, 13-anyos walang awang pinagbabaril ng mga hindi pa nakikilalang suspek.
Kwento ni Aling Carina, magkasama sila ng anak na nagtitinda ng balot sa katabing lamay. Dumating ang mga suspek na sakay ng motorsiklo at pinagbabaril ang binatilyo. Naisugod pa sa ospital ang biktima pero binawian rin ng buhay.
Mabait, mapagmahal at masipag raw na anak si Charles Edward kaya hindi maisip ng pamilya na sasapitin ito ng biktima. Patuloy ang imbestigasyon ng pulisya sa motibo sa insidente pero isa sa nakikitang anggulo ang mistaken identity.
